Description

Mushroom Box - ShiitakeFresh shiitake mushrooms with a rich, savoury umami flavour and a firm, meaty texture. They hold their shape beautifully when cooked and develop crisp, caramelised edges. Easy to use and incredibly versatile saut with butter or olive oil, or add to pasta, stir fries, ramen, risotto, and roasts. Grown fresh and harvested just before delivery for maximum flavour. A choice of 150g or 500g.
