Shipping Policy

Terms for Shipping Policy are as follows:

  • All the international orders are dispatched within 14 to 16 days of placing the order.
  • Please make sure you have the right order number in order to make inquiries about your order shipment.
  • No customer without a proper order ID will be entertained on the phone.
  • Order processing time might take about 48 to 60 hours and it is not included in shipping time. The product will reach you within 15 days and often times before this deadline. We do not process any orders on the weekends so kindly note that these 15 days include all business days and exclude weekends.
  • In case the buyer decides to cancel or postpone the order till a further date our shipment staff has to be informed within 24 hours after you have purchased the product.
  • In case the buyer decides to cancel or postpone the order after 24 hours and if the product has already been shipped then the customer is entitles to bear deductions on part of the shipment fee. Shipment fee in that case will not be refunded.
  • In such case you will only get a refund of the product price paid not the shipment fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase therefore, be vigilant and be decisive about the purchase and take any decisions regarding cancellation of the product within 24 hours.
  • At the time of delivery be sure to check your packet properly and see if something is missing because once the tracking company stamps it as delivered no complaints regarding missing products will be entertained.
  • Be sure to check the delivered packet correctly in the presence of delivery guy and return immediately or call us on our helpline for satisfying your inquiries relating to it.
  • All prices include federal government taxes included in it and there are no additional delivery or product charges after you have purchased the product therefore, do not pay a penny to any delivery guy unless it’s your discrete decision to do so.
  • In case of genuine shipment delays due to bad weather conditions or any other unexpected environment changes that are a major hindrance to the shipment will be informed to the customer prior to the delivery date and we request you to be patient and understanding in that regard.
  • The calls made to the customer care representatives have to be courteous and extremely mannerly in order to avoid any aggravations.


Refund Policy

Terms for Refund Policy are as follows:

  • In case you decide to return the product and claim a refund you need to place a call to our customer services representative and present your order ID number and explain the nature of problem so that they can immediately guide you whether or not the claim is possible.
  • In case our CSR asks you to ship the product back to us that surely means you will be entitled to a refund as soon as we receive the packet.
  • Please make sure that you have all the tracking numbers with you provided by our CSR at the time of communication with them for future references.
  • The refund is only likely on wrongly delivered products, if the product didn’t suit you well or if the product packaging is out of order and due to which the product has been dripped.
  • No refund will be entertained in case the packet is held for inspection at Customs Inspection
  • You can claim a refund within one week after the product has been delivered to you.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The product should be returned with all the packaging and everything else including warranty forms, instructions manuals etc. that came along with it at the time of delivery.
  • Items that are listed under the “FREE” or any promotional campaign category will not be entertained for refund.
  • We have all the rights to reject the claim if we genuinely feel that the claim is being made solely because the customer does not want to keep the product and wants the money back. Only candid problems will be entertained after authorizing as per the company policy.
  • Once your product has been up approved and processed for refund in that case you have to be patient because the bank will take its own processing time which will be communicated to you over the phone.
  • You will receive the refund debited to the account number you will provide us at the time of claiming the refund and it can fairly take up to a week or two.
  • Patience is a virtue and mannerism is an art only those who are the leaders have it all. Please be very patient with the shipment and refunds because for international customers it is not feasible for us to ship the deliveries overnight. We thank you in advance for your patience, courteous behavior and mannerism with our staff.
